Grass Block
This block is everywhere. Rarely in Caves. When breaked, it will drop dirt, and if you have silk touch, it'll drop Grass block.
Types
There are 5 types of this block. Every biomes have different types.
-Spruce Forests, and Taiga - It have a lighter color than others.
-Plains, Birch Forests and Roofed Forests - It is really normal green, like in the flat world.
-Savanna - The color is Yellow mixed up with green
-Swamp Biomes - Green, but its more dark than others.
-Jungle - Like the Normal Grass in flat worlds, its green. But its chrome.
Collecting it
1.If you want the grass block instead dirt, use the silk touch enchantment.
2.Shovels will dig it faster than your hand. Iron or Diamond is reccommended.
Further Information
This block can grow without the sun. You'll just need Torches, redstone torches, redstone lamp or glowstone. Otherwise it will become dirt.
